When A Flower Dreams
Is it All Sunlight, Color,
And Silken Breezes
This picture and haiku really are a joint effort with Michele. Yes, I took the picture and wrote the haiku, but Michele provided the deeper context when she first saw the image and said, “It looks so dreamy.” That sparked the first line of the haiku and the rest… well, you have the results in front of you.
I am amazed and grateful for how photography has redefined and strengthened my connection to nature, but also how it has enhanced the working partnership with Michele. Not to go all whoo-whoo, but it does seem as if everything is interconnected.
